1-on-1 Counselling for Individuals In-person, Online, or by Phone
Standard Session

This is the standard-length session, and is perfect for clients who have worked with me before, those familiar with working with a clinical counsellor, or if you’re taking regular sessions.
Extended Session

The right option if you have a lot to say, if you’re in crisis, or if you want extra time initially to give background information. Also suitable if you can’t make regular appointments, or think you only need one session.
